Goals for the Week

Been thinking of doing this for a while so I can hold myself more accountable. So every week expect at least 5 goals. Some will probably repeat as they're for my well being or will contribute to my future somehow. So here we go peeps!

1. Workout at least 30 minutes everyday.
2. Work on the book/outline at least once this week
3. Get out of the house and do something, anything.
4. Wake up before noon and get back in the habit of listening to talk radio. (Gotta keep the smarts)
5. Practice, practice, practice. I and a few friends know what this one is about. :)

So anyone reading have any goals they'd like to achieve this week?
